Kind of stuck with hardware acceleration video playback issue in Chrome. When I play a video (StageVideo) in Chrome built in flash player, it lags quite a lot so you basically see something close to a slideshow. I checked NetStream.info.videoBufferByteLength and it's zero all the time, even though videoBufferLength is above zero.
When I disable hardware acceleration (right click on flash object, first tab, uncheck the checkbox), it all works fine and the video plays smoothly and videoBufferByteLength is above zero.
Any thoughts on that? I cannot force my users to right click and disable hardware acceleration, it will be a bad user experience? Also I noticed that the lag disappears when you increase the bufferTime to 2 seconds or more, but I cannot do that since I am playing back a live feed.
