Hello everyone,
I have tried everything to fix this problem. I downloaded all of the latest drivers for my nVidia 960M graphics card, reinstalled the program, and updated everything.
The problem that I have is that whenever I launch animate, an error prompt pops up and says Adobe Animate CC 2017 has stopped working. Here is an image of the error message:
My system specs: Windows 10, SSD, intel core i7HQ, NVIDIA GeForce GTX 960M and Intel(R) HD Graphics 530.

I tried deleting my preference folders and it didn't work.
I do not see the add file button so I have attached a mediafire link that contains my log files

Hi Gyuston1 '& Neil Payne,
Could you please also share the dump file that can be created via Task Manager > Right Click on Adobe Animate CC 2017 > Create dump file option? You share the dump file with us using any file sharing utility like drop box.
Thanks!
Mohan

Thanks Gyuston1 ' for the dump file.
From the dump, it seems like it crashes while validating the license. Could you please let me know the kind of Creative Cloud license you have? i.e., single app license / complete CC subscription / Enterprise license etc.,? Do you also have other CC app installed on your machine eg., Photoshop? If yes, do you face this issue with that as well?
Thanks!
Mohan
