HOTKEYS stop working

Hey, 2003 called- they still want that bug fixed.  You know the one.  Hotkeys stop working suddenly.  You have to restart the program.  Sometimes that works.  Sometimes it doesn't.  Yeeeeaaaah, if you could maybe fix that by......say......2035....that would be great.

Seriously, if you guys aren't going to fix your messes, why don't you just lay off half your staff?  Seems like you're paying a lot of people to sit around and do nothing.

I have no issues building my own custom Hot Keys? Make sure you are using the latest version cause the 2003 version is very old and no longer supported. lol
