How can I find version of Flash installed?

Hi, How can I check my computer for which version flash player is installed on my computer?

I know this question was many years ago, but I had the same question and have today found how to do this in Windows:

Click Windows Icon in the task bar
In the 'Search programs and files' type FLASH (Flash Player will be in the returned results)
Right Click Flash Player and select 'Open'
Select 'Updates' tab

ActiveX and plug in versions are displayed.
