How do I export my Flash file to a movie file but keep my interactivity?

I've created a 360 degree flash video of my product that customers can click on and scribe through to view the product on their own.  Can I export this to a movie file that still keeps the interactivity?  I need to post this on some websites that do not accept .swf file format.

Thank you for any and all help!
