there's no default image w x h. the w x h are the image's w x h when imported.
"the image of an animate cc fla file inside animate cc" makes little sense, but if you did snap an image of an animate cc fla window and then import that image into animate cc, the first sentence applies.

you have to go out of your way to convert an animate creation (which is a vector) to an image (=bitmap).
but if you created a vector and then converted it to a bitmap, you can get its w x h. but it's not easy and because it's unlikely you really have a bitmap, you need to explain better how you created this "image" in animate.
and why create a bitmap?
and is this as3 or html5?

There is none but I would recommend HD 1920x1080. Because animate is a vector based program you can export at any size later.
