How do i see warp handles?

I have put warp handles on a layer. After i don't see the warp handles on that layer. How do i do so i see the warp handles now?

you use the asset warp tool on some (ie, bitmaps or vectors) on-stage objects, not a layer.

I put warp handles on a stage object. After i don't see the warp handles and the stage object has a plus. How do i see the warp handles?

copy and paste here a screenshot of what you see after selecting the warp tool and click an on-stage bitmap or vector.

Warp pins are only visible with the Asset Warp tool selected.

 Go to your work to settings and turn on envelope that will give you the handles as you can see in my screenshot.

I don't see envelope in warp options. How do i do so i see envelope?

warp options are in the properties panel (though it's not clear that will solve your problem).

Envelope is only available in Animate 23.0.0 and up. Please check your version and update if necessary.
