Hi, I have published an app with the runtime embedded for windows, now I am trying to workout how to publish for mac osx. I have tried using the mac projector but that did not seem to run on the mac. The only thing that is working is using an air package.
How do I publish a app for mac osx with an embedded runtime?
It looks like you need to be on the same platform. I can't make a standalone application for Windows on macOS, I have to use Windows 10 to do that.
Do you know anyone with a Mac?

Is the mac projector the correct method to use?
I would have thought that when publishing for desktop by selecting application with runtime embedded (under air settings) that it would also add the needed mac files.

If you make it as AIR for Desktop there is an option in the AIR Settings to make it be an application with runtime embedded:

That works for windows but not for mac osx, I get "you can't open the application because it may be damaged or incomplete" and the app icon is crossed out.
Note: I am compiling on a windows machine

I have one as well, Ok so I need to publish using the mac machine in order to publish for desktop for mac. I do not see why it has to be OS dependent.
