How to automatically apply Classic Tween preset to many symbols/layers

Hello, we're creating 21 animated display ads that uses Classic Tween motion for the animation. Each file has 12 layers, and most of the layers have a Classic Ease motion applied somewhere along the timeline to create the illusion of animation in 4 frames (either ease in or ease out). We'd like to add Classic Tween to the Motion Presets so that we can quickly apply the Tween to all the different symbols/layers, but I'm getting a dialogue box that says presets are only for Motion Tweens 😕  Can someone help with this issue. Is there a way around this, or another feature that would allow us to accomplish the same task? Thanks.

p.s. if there is a way to apply the actions in one timeline to another timeline/layer (with different graphics/symbols on that layer), we'd love to learn how to do that!

If it's a classic ease you should be able to save a command form History and assign a shortcut key to it.

Then select all the tweens and press the key.

Here you can see how you can save a command which applies easing of +100:

Thank you so much Nick. I've been trying this with the Classic Tween and keep running into issues. It may be because I'm tweening type, and using Alpha Channel to fade to 0. But I've managed to create the command that will at least add the command to my frames, and then I make one or two adjustments (number of frames, and change second keyframe to Alpha 0), so it does seem to reduce the number of steps.

Hi Monika,

Glad to know this was somehow useful!.

Maybe if you post a screen recording someone could help you with the issues you're facing.
