How to convert from Action Script 3 code to .swf and .fla file

How to make executable file from Action Script 3?

Maybe too simple for a lot of you guys. 

I barely not know too much about this, but get a order to eliminate the last part of a Action Script 3 code.

do you have a flash program?  eg, flash cs3, cs4, cs5, cs5.5?

I have Adobe Flash CS4 Professional.

create a new actionscript 3 file with flash cs4 pro.  add your code (and whatever else is needed, if anything) and click file/save as and pick a suitable directory/name.  then click file/publish.

that will create a fla, html and swf (all with the save as file name).  now, you can start debugging your code.
