how to find my build?

Hey I was trying to upload a request to bring back the spraybrush tool for adobe animate and one of the prerequiset questions was my build. The sub-txt listed (for windows) help>about animate, which I tried to enter into the command prompt, then into the search bar in file explorer to no avail. 

Can someone guide my apparently computer illiterate self to finding my adobe build?
