how to import swf into adobe animate?

I converted my pdf file that contain multiple pages into swf file using old tool called swftools 

now i want to import it into adobe animate 2024 and convert swf file to a video 

but i see only following in adobe template: 

where is problem!? 
i sometimes get action script 1.0 or 2.0 errors! 

does swftools is problem?  

is there any better tool than swftools to convert pdf into swf file?
