How to make auto sip sync follow along with tween?

(New to Adobe Animate) So I wanted to experiment with the auto lip sync feature and pair it up with my charachters head swaying. I tried to do this with layer parenting but it dosen't work since the keyframes are all mixed up and such. I've sort of just been learning with on and off tutorials and doing my best to figure things out myself. 

 

If you have an answer it'd be helpful if it were sort of like a step by step format becuase I have the brain capacity of a goldfish, Thank you so much!

You should nest the facial features inside the head symbol.
