How to make walk cycle longer?

Hey everyone. I followed a YouTube video on how to construct a walk cycle. I only have five frames so when I click the play button, it goes by super quick. How can I slow down the walk cycle? Thanks!

Hi, you can do it manually by going over each keyframe and pressing F5 to add frames inbetween,

or by using the extend frames function:

Select the frame span and drag the right-side edge of the span forward.

While dragging you can extend the frame span in multiples (x2, x3 etc) indicated by the pop-up number in the timeline.
