How to put a stop in a sequence

Hi there,

I have an movie with an timeline which has 300 frames, I need to stop the head at frame 150

I tried to use stop(); in en actions layer at frame 150, this wil not work. The head is not stopping

but going on to the last frame. How can i solve this?
