How to remove this gradient fill things?

if you don't want a gradient, click the dropdown that says linear gradient in your ss.

if you want to remove some of those color selections, drag them off the color panel.

But when i drag them off, its keeping add another one

it doesn't make sense to drag the left-most and right-most from a linear gradient. all the others can be removed.
