How to use a sprite sheet ?

Hey, i'm trying to use a sprite sheet in my adobe animate project, but, is there an "easy" way to use them ? Currently, i'm just using a mask and moving the png on each frame, but i can't really get a clean result, each time it isn't alligned.

create a movieclip or symbol for your animation and add the first sprite to keyframe 1 > center the sprite > insert keyframe 2 > swap (using the properties panel) the first sprite with 2nd sprite > insert keyframe 3 > swap with 3rd sprite > etc
