HTML5 (canvas) scaling of some elements different

In class where trying to make an escaperoom in Animate HTML 5(canvas)

A student of my had this strange problem and I don't know how it can be solved.

It seems that some elements (symbols or layers) scale different than others.

When you test it in a browser some elements appears next to the background (instead on top of)

Anyone who knows how to fix it?

It is a browser issue? I tested (from Animate) on Chrome and see no issues:

I also looked at the assets and the code and see nothing that should cause this.
