Is the ability to set audio to stream coming to Animate HTML5?

This is a case where the platform (HTML) is too restrictive. Audio in HTML/JS is not nearly as robust as it is in Flash/AIR/AS3 so we are just stuck with it like this - Animate must work within the constraints of the platform
