I cannot download Animator even though I paid for it

My free trail expired so I had to buy the app. After purchasing, I went to my receipt to download it. When clicking the button to "Get Started", it sent me to Flash Builder which is not what I bought and I know I didn't buy it because I checked. for some reason, I got a second free trial in Animator and I'm worried that my money has gone to waste.

Please help with this issue, it's so bizarre and I have no idea how to fix it.
