I cannot download Animator even though I paid for it

My free trail expired so I had to buy the app. After purchasing, I went to my receipt to download it. When clicking the button to "Get Started", it sent me to Flash Builder which is not what I bought and I know I didn't buy it because I checked. for some reason, I got a second free trial in Animator and I'm worried that my money has gone to waste.

Please help with this issue, it's so bizarre and I have no idea how to fix it.

you don't need to re-download and re-install it.

open your cc desktop app and sign in with the same adobe id used to purchase your subscription.

if you don't have the cc desktop app, download it here https://creative.adobe.com/products/creative-cloud
