Hi everyone, a few days ago I downloaded the trial version of Adobe Animate. I started learning the program and when I understood the basics, I started to create my own project. I've been doing it all day and after shutting down a file for a while, I can't open it again. The whole program hangs and nothing happens. CPU and graphics usage jumps to 100%. When I was working in the file itself, I had no problems and everything worked. Now I can't open the file I have been working on so much. What should I do?

restart your computer and retry opening.
if that fails, rename your fla to a rar > open in winrar > repair > rename the repaired rar to a fla > try opening the repaired fla.
if that fails, you've lost your work and learned a lesson: always save your projects with increasing version number appended. ie, project1.fla should be saved as project1_v000.fla, project1_v001.fla etc with those version saves occuring after any significant satisfactory changes. periodically close and re-open the last saved version to confirm it's not corrupted.

i make my save in a few files ofc. The winrar method doesn't work, file are not opening in the same way like before. But this time when it crush i see something like that. Idk what that mean.

saving's not enough. you need to close and reopen to confirm they're not corrupted.
but if you saved a "few files" (presumably with different names, or you're doing nothing), are all the saves corrupted?

that's why you need to periodically close and reopen them.
i typically do that after 10 to 20 saves. ie, if project1_v020.fla opens without problem, i know i can delete the 20 saves (project1_v000.fla,...,project1_v019.fla) that preceded it. again, it's essential that you close and reopen.
if you failed to use winrar correctly (or there's a problem with your animate), @Colin Holgate might be able to help after checking your file.
otherwise, with all your saves being corrupted and winrar failing to restore any of them, you will need to start the project again (though you may be able to store some of the assets by unraring one of the fla's after renaming to rar). and learn to save properly to prevent this in the future.

if everything was done properly on your end and there's no problem on your computer, uploading a fla isn't going to help. ie, no one can do more than has already been explained in this thread. (but don't ignore the unrar effort.)

I checked and my computer is fully compatible with Adobe Animate. Now I check it on another computer because support checked the file and it opens for him. So the file is not corrupted, something is wrong with my loss but I am unable to diagnose it

1. open your animate
2. create something custom (eg, edit>keyboard shortcuts)
3. reset your preferences (at page bottom), https://helpx.adobe.com/animate/using/set-preferences.html
4. confirm your custom shortcut has been reset
5. if your custom shortcut is not reset, repeat steps 3 and 4
if your custom shortcut is reset, try opening your fla

In addition to kglad's suggestion, if you're still stuck you could put the file online somewhere (DropBox, Google Drive, WeTransfer), and I could take a look as well.
