Since Adobe Flash and Adobe Animate are essentially the same program, I am going to call Adobe Animate "Adobe Flash." It's the proper name for me to call it even though Flash is no longer Animate's name. But they're technically different updates of the same program, so I may as well call it Flash as well.
So if ever you see a topic saying "I need help getting Flash to work" made by me, you'll know what I mean. That is, if you read this topic thoroughly, and enough times to be able to know what I mean.

Hi JimTheFrisch
Call it what you like. And if you call it Adobe Bratwurst, doesn't matter. It's still Adobe Animate for us.
What's you problem anyway? Adobe recognized the tide change to HTML5 with the new name AnimateCC. If you are religious about sticking to a vanishing Flash dominance, well, that's bad for you.

I'm agnostic, actually. Also, I don't have a problem.
