Question

I'm new to editing Flash Templates. Can I get help converting from ActionScript 2.0 to 3.0?

I get a pop-up from Flash Pro that says: PLEASE BE SURE TO CONVERT ALL ACTIONSCRIPT 2.0 CONTENT (EG. CODE, COMPONENTS) TO ACTIONSCRIPT 3.0 BEFORE PUBLISHING. OTHERWISE, THE CONTENT WILL NOT COMPILE.

Can someone please help me convert this ActionScript 2.0 content to ActionScript 3.0?

I am totally new to this, unfortunately.

Any assistance will be greatly appreciated.

Thank you.

Steve

if you have less then say 20 lines of code, copy and paste it here.

otherwise, you might want to just leave your fla as an as2 fla.  ie, open in flash pro cs6 or hire someone to convert your code,

You can view the unedited version of the Template here: www.MabuhayFoundationOfAmerica.com

It's a lot of code.

If I get CS6, will that edit the Template in ActionScript 2.0 without automatically converting it to ActionScript 3.0 the way Flash Pro does?

Thanks again for the help!

yes, flash pro cs6 can edit as2 your template.

if you have a cc subscription, it includes cs6 programs.,
