I'm not able to start my CS5 version of flash (FULL version)

Mind you, I did have a serial code. but it just says this:

"We are unable to start your subscription for Adobe Flash Pro CS5 subscription edition."

Please help me.

do you have a 24 digit serial number for flash cs5?

I have animate. but the number I used didn't work, and I dunno how to look at my serial number

if you have a current subscription for animate you can use that for any version from cs6 to current. that doesn’t include cs5.
