      If it is for pixel-art there's an old plugin called Pixel Tools that might come in handy.

        Seems like the MacOS (Ventura) changed the folder structure of applications it's no clear where to put the plug-in files. I did not manage to get it working here. Only in my older mac. 😞

        Hi.

         

        There is no such tool for Animate.

         

        But there's a user here (@Charlie Bickett) working on an extensible tool that should add this capability to Animate. Maybe you could contact him.
