I've used all versions nothing changes Adobe Animate for windows 7 Crashes too much

Because this program (ADOBE Animate) catches every change in the example drawing you paint hair and it catches you paint eye it locks you change position of the mouth it locks. requirement of my system windows seven 64 bits SP 1 packages, memoria ram DRR3 16 gb Intel I3 3.20 Mhz my last project
