Because this program (ADOBE Animate) catches every change in the example drawing you paint hair and it catches you paint eye it locks you change position of the mouth it locks. requirement of my system windows seven 64 bits SP 1 packages, memoria ram DRR3 16 gb Intel I3 3.20 Mhz  my last project

Yes.

Best would be to take all those recover files out and move them somewhere safe.

Then go one level up and delete the whole Configuration folder with everything inside.

Animate has to be closed when you delete Config.

When you start it again, it will re-create it.

Also: Check if Animate 2019 is supposed to work with Windows 7 or not. I have vague memory that the minimum requirement was Win 10. Install Animate 2018 to see if it is more stable, if you have to use Win 7.
