Please I want Adobe Animate because im stuck with Microsoft Paint I CANNOT ANIMATE ON MICROSOFT PAINT 😞

        As explained by Test_Screen_Name, Animate CC costs money to rent. You sound like a beginner, and there are a number of very good free software options for animation:

         

        Alternative excellent free options are:

        Krita (which has an animation timeline to do frame by frame animation): krita.org

        OpenToonz (which is a free professional level animation application): https://opentoonz.github.io/e/index.html

         

        Both are great to animate with. Lots of tutorials on YouTube - google them.
