But do you want to build the browser itself or an app that runs inside of this browser?

no matter. I just have a little skill and familiar in Animate than other.

If there is someone who understands to make the exam browser.

An app that runs inside of this browser. The browser can read the database

from server. It works like Google Chrome/Mozilla/I.Explorer, but this

browser disable minimize layer, cannot print screen, cannot split, cannot

accept the call and more. It works like Safe Exam Bowser (PC).

There actually is a Safe Exam Browser environment - read about it here.

I'm not sure how Animate would work with it to be honest or if it even can, as it goes over my head.

If you want to ceate an assessment (exam), please try to use Adobe Captivate!

I will use XAMPP as a server. Android Smartphone as a client.
