Importing spreadsheets

So, I want to take a spreadsheet I've generated and I want to see if im able to import said spreadsheet into animate. Can anyone help me?

you can copy and paste the data on-stage as a bitmap, you can copy and paste the data in to a textfield and you can copy and paste into a list component.  the textfield is likely to be the most satisfactory, if you're trying to manipulate data.
