In animate why does my actions window come up with no menu on top

Hi Yes thats the one but i have no menu buttons on top.

that's expected if the actions panel is less than about 700 px wide.  how wide is your panel?

Hi I stretched out as far as it would go and still no menu buttons on top!

it filled the hole screen dont know exact number of pixels but must be in excess of 1.000 pxls

You just need to drag it out. 

 

Also move the panel to the center of the screen.

Got it guys grabbing the top done the trick. Stretching out from the middle didn't work. but all menu visible now.
