The OP means a stroke stabilizer function, like Lazy Nezumi offers. Most drawing and painting software have a similar built-in function, and a number of animation packages as well such as OpenToonz and ClipStudio. Photoshop's latest version finally joined the fun this year.
Animate still lacks a stroke stabilizer, unfortunately. arturm90974889 a solution would be to invest in Lazy Nezumi, which works with most applications. https://lazynezumi.com/
