Issue opening published html5 canvas project.

I have published an html5 project and when I try to open the html file it does run and I get this in the dev console in the safari browser.

test within animate or upload the published files to a file server and test there.

But it is suppossed to be run locally. There will be no file server.

This is an example of why I came here. One suggested fix was this:

"Enable the develop menu by going to Preferences > Advanced. Then select“Disable Cross-Origin Restrictions”"...

But there is no option as described.
