It happend again! Opening old files!

This problem of opening old FLA files was solved in  version 23.0
Thanks for this!
But in 23.02 this bug appears again!
Please code more carefully !
Our professional life depends on this!

Thats what I'm doing
God save the one whose idea was to let us use an older versions!
