Java Flight Recorder - Adobe Animate

Quick question regarding the usage/licensing of the Java Flight Recorder with Adobe Animate.

Are there any licensing usage rights to be considered for using the JFR installation through Adobe Animate?

I assume the usage rights through Oracle apply: Free usage only in Development use - so usage in production environments do need an Oracle Java SE subscription to be purchased through Oracle - is that correct?

Is there any kind of document/statement from Adobe clarifying the usage rights of Oracle products as part of the Adobe Animate installation?

to use on a server, you need a license.  for evaluation, you do not.
