Java Virtual Machine ran out of memory

When I open the editor, what should I change 128 to? I tried changing it to 512 and 1024, but it didn't make a difference when I reopened my file and tried to export a video, I just got this same message again. I tried splitting my file into smaller sections with fewer frames, but still got the same message.

Those people were talking about using a PC and I'm using a Mac. I can't even find Flash or Java on my computer. I don't really understand the computer lingo that well.

There is always the alternative to try and export a PNG sequence and render a video out of that.
