Javascript error, file could not be opened.

So I've worked on this project all day and I had to leave for a few hours. So I saved the project but didn't close adobe animate, and then shut my laptop, I guess the laptop went to sleep. When I came back i opened my laptop but the screen remained black for like 5 minutes straight while the computer was obviously running so i just held the power button for a few seconds to shut it off and then restart it. I open adobe animate again and try to click on my project but then this pops up:

A JavaScript error occurred.

Error: File 'C:\Users\brian\Documents\animate\television.fla' could not be opened.

I'm really worried and I hope everything can be recovered, as I've worked really hard on this and I don't want 7+ hours of work to be wasted . Please can someone help me?

Although I'm very thankful for your help, I'm afraid there is still a problem. I'm not sure if I did it correctly but an error box popped up after i finished going to Tools>Repair Archive and it said corrupt header not found and no files repaired. I still cannot open it in adobe animate. I really hope i didn't damage the file any further by trying to recover it incorrectly or something, do you have any more suggestions?
