Javascript error opening software

When I open Animate CC I get several recurring error message windows that continue to appear after clicking ok. eventually after clicking OK enought times I can make them disappear long enough to create a new project or open a file etc.

define a custom keyboard shortcut

reset your perferences,  https://helpx.adobe.com/animate/using/set-preferences.html

confirm your reset was successfu by checking that keyboard shortcut was reset

if that fails, uninstall, then restart your computer and reinstall.
