jittery/shaky lines during motion

hello ive been having an issue....

when i pan the camera over my background image, the lines appear shaky/jumpy/jittery

this happens during playback and in the exported video file.

the jumpy lines seem to be the ones drawn with the line tool

i don't know what to do

i could have been wrong about it being just the ones that were done with the line tool..

i rotated the camera slightly, and now that those lines are not fully horizontal or vertical, they

seem to be a bit more stable, but some lines still look a bit jittery while the camera is moving.

please someone help 

even if your not 100% sure, any suggestions would help.

Be sure to report this. This way adobe can make sure its not a bug.
