jumping from flash intro to dreamweaver site

Hi People,

Hope you can help. I have a flash intro that directs the user 2 ways, either to a flash site or to a html site. When you click the html icon for example, an animation happens (15 frames long). After the flash animation has run I want the intro to then go to my dreamweaver html site. I have tried putting geturl in frame 14 actionscript, but no luck yet.

Any ideas as to why or what I need to do?

Thanks in advance

Karl

That's the way to do it. Would you paste in your code? Let's see what
you typed, exactly.

the code is in frame 14 in the main window

getURL( http://www.radial-design.co.uk);

Is there other code that I should put as this does seem a bit vague?

Hope this helps

In your actually FLA file, is your URL surrounded by quotes?

getURL(" http://www.radial-design.co.uk");

Shouldn't that actually include a _parent or _self tag?

MikeNX,

> Shouldn't that actually include a _parent or _self tag?

No, only the first parameter is required. If the second parameter is
omitted, "_self" is assumed.
