Keyframe turning into blank frames but the drawings are still there

So it's been driving me crazy now but some of my keyframes when I click on them on the timeline turn into blank frames. The drawings are still there and I can still draw on them, but they don't show up as being keyframes. The part driving me crazy is that I'm unable to move them at all. Can't free transform them, can't move them to a different part of the frame, nothing. What's worse is that when I click on other pictures they start turning into these weird not keyframes as well.

Clicking on the drawing in the picture has adobe acknowledge the picture is there. Moving the blank keyframe drawing to a different layer does not fix it.

Did something in the update break my project? Cause this started happening about a day after updating.

Also, when I extend a frame it also doesn't show that it's being extended until I move the timeline. Before the timeline, it showed it moving incrementally but pressing F5 shows no progress till manually moving it.

If I'm being idiotic and pressed something by accident please let me know how dumb I am.
