Whenever I finish an animation in Animate, and export it with Media Encoder, instead of the original framerate (usually 24), the video is exported at 30 frames per second. This has led to the timing being offset, as well as audio not being synced up. How can I fix this?

in animate after clicking file>export>export media you should see the export media panel:
actually, just copy and paste a screenshot of that panel just i did. also, if you have start ame render queue immediately ticked, show your ame panel too (just prior to or after renderng).

That is a Premiere Pro file in the render queue. Are you importing the animation to Premiere Pro and exporting it from there?

This is not helpful. Please try using the preset kglad recommended and post a recent AME screenshot of the actual file you're trying to render.

WellThatSucks.mp4 is the file I'm trying to render. I did use the preset he was telling me to use, as you can see, however it is ineffective
