Hey, there. I was able to export my animation to an mp4 video (finally), but the new video has errors. Characters are above the "ground" and the camera tool sometimes doesn't work. I checked the animate file and everything seems ok there. What should I do?

the camera tool is buggy.

Oh, that's the issue? If so, is there a way to fix it without getting rid of the camera?

nothing reliable. you can try creating a new fla, copying problematic layers and pasting them into the new fla and try exporting from the new fla.

Ok, thanks. I'll try that and keep you updated.

Sadly, I still get the same result.
Are there any other ways that have a chance-even a small chance of working?
And if not, are there any other ways that I can zoom in and out on the animation without changing the properties of the characters and backgrounds?
Thank you!

none that i know. you could upload your fla and post a link here and i'll check it but i wouldn't hold up much hope.

The error-proof way is to nest everything inside a synced graphic container and use that container as a camera.
Download this file to see an example how it is done: https://flash-powertools.com/edapt-movie-template-free-download/
Your other option might be to export a PNG sequence and render a video out of that.
Datails how to do it can be found here: https://community.adobe.com/t5/animate-discussions/export-issue-stops-mid-export/m-p/10424361#M19273...

The Movie Template v3d.fla. This will show you how to approach camera work in the future.
For your current case, it will be best if the PNG sequence exports well, so that you won't need to re-do anything.

I exported using the PNG (I did what I hope is correct, I couldn't fully understand how to get to where the linked photos were) and it created 15,990 photos, one for every frame. Is this what was supposed to happen? If not, can you please take me step by step on how to get it done correctly? Thank you!

Yes, you should get one image per frame of your project. That is why it is called an image sequence, in this case a PNG sequence.
To export PNG sequence correctly, use File > Export > Export Movie... and from Save as type choose PNG Sequence.
For PNG settings, choose:
Check the PNGs to make sure the camera-related problems are not visible there. PNGs should look exactly like what you see in the program.
If you have audio, either export it separately as well or use the audio from the video with the broken camera in your video editor.
How to assemble the PNGs into a video in Premiere is explained step-by-step in the thread that I linked in my first post.
Instead of Premiere, you can use any video editor of your choice.
Good luck!
