no, it opens when i want to open in swf player and theres no other program

i don't understand your last post.  to clarify what you were trying to convey:

the swf opens in the flash player when you click it?

the swf does NOT open in flash player but in decompiler

Find FlashPlayer.exe in C:\Program Files\Adobe\Adobe Animate 2024\Players

and copy it to a foldder which you create, so that it does not disappear the next time you update Animate.

Associate your SWFs with this copy of Flash Player. Then they will open with it when you double-click them.

that's your os setting.  right click > click open with > select your flash player.
