there may be something "wrong" with that video's path. to remedy,

save your fla to new directory on your desktop

copy your mp5 to that desktop directory.

drag the video from that desktop directory to your fla's library.

any problem?

if so, rename that video to something less prone to problems. eg, ca_video.mp4 and then drag to your library.

Thank you for your answere!

I rendered the szene again, saved it directory on my desktop and named it "ca_video.mp4"

Then I "drag and drop" it directory from my deskotp to the library.

But the problem is the same.... 😞

is there a problem with the video?

ie, what if you select a different mp4?

No there is no problem with the video. I drag and drop some other mp4 videos but the problem is the same...

I tried to import some photos (format .jpg and .png) and there is the same problem. The library shows the photo but my "workscreen" is white and show nothing.
