I have some animations I need to design and I don't know what would be the best app to use. I want to create something similar to whats attached expanding and highlighting certain sections of some print layout designs.

i would use animate because i'm more familiar with it than any of the other adobe programs but you should decide based on what you want and your own skill level.

Thanks for your response. I will check out Animate. I've never used it but I'm a quick learner.
