Beginner here, I would love to know whether if I  create my character in Photoshop where I love to draw and paint ( the brushes are SOOO Good) and then use this as a character in Animate in frame/frame animation or maybe by rigging???

Any help would be appreciated.

yes, you can use the bone tool in animate to rig a bitmap created in photoshop.

don't spend a lot of time in ps while in testing phase:

create a rough character in ps. export a bitmap.

open animate > click file > click import to stage

right click the imported bitmap > click trace and select not too detailed settings to convert to a shape

now, learn how to use the bone tool:

1. starting here might be a good idea, https://www.webucator.com/article/how-to-use-the-bone-tool-in-adobe-animate/

2. when you're ready for details, go here, https://helpx.adobe.com/animate/using/bone-tool-animation.html#:~:text=Select%20the%20Bone%20tool%20....
