New to Adobe Animate. Trying to make a frame by frame explosion. Need help...

Okay so I'm new to Adobe Animate so please have mercy. I am learning how to use the animation software and have learned some cool things, but I don't know where to start. I want to make a simple explosion, and have created an svg file of the individual frames. I have a frame by frame plan, and I want to create a tween in between each frame, but I do not know how to do this. I can do basic Tweens, but I don't know how to implement what I am trying to do. I know this sounds incredibly vague but I would really appreciate help. Does anybody have any tips on how to do this?

Here is an image of all of my frames

I don't speak English well,

What you said is not understandable.

But 2D effects.

It is usually added after the role animation is made.

Creates a new graphic symbol to store the effect.

Drag a graphical component to the timeline after the animation finishes.

Bitmap, you need to convert to a vector graph.

Then into groups,

aligned.

Scatter to key frames

What property of the bitmap are you intending to tween?
