When i click on the button layer ... in the actions poup in the image above, nothing happens?

The reason is because the layer is of type motion tween. And I just found out that this type of layer cannot have frame scripts.

You'll need to alt drag the frame containing the code to a regular layer.
I honestly didn't know about this limitation especially because I rarely use motion tweens.
Anyway, you should be able to access the script now.

If it's the same frame, you can add the code in any layer. It doesn't need to be in that specific layer.
I'm not sure why you get this issue, but I guess it's an workaround for now.

Yeah unfortunately, im not trying to add any code, just remove the trace functions that ive added previously when testing.

You can access the frames that already have code by navigating in the left side of the Actions Panel.
