Good evening, I'd like to know how I can be sending notifications according to the time. I tried to get a base by viewing previous posts, however, none were answered or had a functionality problem.

Does anyone have any functional ANE for propagation of push notifications?

Let's say every day, when it's 00:00, a notification is sent to the user's Android device. can anybody help me?
